## 사람들은 왜 희귀수집품을 모으나요?

예술성을 인정받은 유명 작가가 사망하게 되면 작품은 더 이상 출품될 수 없기 때문에 그 가치는 오를 수 밖에 없습니다. 경제학의 가장 첫 장에서 배우는 수요와 공급 곡선에서 공급이 중단되어 버린 것과 같은 이치입니다. 희귀 수집품 역시 예술 작품과 같은 성격을 가집니다. 이를 뒷받침하는 한 사례로, 2020년 11월에 디에고 마라도나가 사망하고 난 뒤 모든 마라도나와 관련된 수집품들의 가격이 수십 배 오르기도 했습니다.
### 왜 모듈프레임 인가요?
마라도나 선수 사망후, 마라도나와 관련된 수집품들이 우후죽순 ebay에 등장했습니다. 진품임이 입증되었다는 가정하에, 이중에서도 물건의 상태가 양호한 것들만이 가치를 인정받고 있습니다. 많은 콜렉터들이 비싼 돈을 들여 고급 액자 혹은 전시함에 작품을 보관해서 작품을 양호한 상태로 유지하려는 이유가 바로 이 때문입니다. 또한, 과거 유럽 르네상스 시기에는 시장에 쏟아져 나오던 수많은 작품들의 가치를 판단하는데 어려움을 겪던 수집가들 사이에서 아래와 같은 말이 존재했다고 합니다.
“작품의 가치를 알려면, 얼마나 값비싼 액자에 담았는지 보라”
### 진품 인증 및 보관의 문제
희귀 수집품을 소장하는데 있어 진품 여부를 확인하고 안전하게 보관하는 것 무엇보다 중요합니다. 하지만, 이는 그렇게 간단하지 않습니다.
* 공신력있는 업체로부터 직접 최초 구매하는 것은 안전하지만, 이 후 2차 거래 시에 구매 희망자에게 진품임을 입증해야 하는 것은 순전히 판매자의 몫입니다. 구매자 역시 판매자를 믿고 구매해야 하지만 위변조・사기에 대해 책임을 지는 사람이 없기 때문에 n차 거래에는 항시 불안감과 리스크가 따릅니다.
* 운좋게 거래가 된 후엔 모든 문제가 해결되었을까요? 수집품을 전시하기 위해 액자나 전시함에 보관하거나 혹은 벽에 걸 때, 수집품이 파손 및 훼손(테이프, 풀과 같은 접착 성분 혹은 충격 등으로 인한)되는 경우는 생각보다 빈번히 발생합니다. 진품에 가해지는 대미지는 상품 가치를 훼손하게 됩니다. 따라서 필연적으로 구매자는 보관에 대한 고민을 하게 될 수밖에 없습니다.

COLLEXX는 실물 수집품의 거래 활성화를 통해 수집품이 취미의 영역을 넘어 매력적인 투자 상품으로 취급될 수 있도록, 그 기반이 되는 플랫폼을 제공합니다.
## n차 거래 활성화: Unclaimed vs Claimed
COLLEXX를 통해 발행된 실물 수집품(Memorabilia)의 NFT에는 실물 요구(Claim)이라는 1회성 utility 권한이 부여됩니다. 따라서. 최초 이를 구매 혹은 낙찰받은 소유자에겐 다음과 같은 두 가지 선택권이 주어집니다.
1. 실물 (Physical)을 요구(Claim)한다.
2. 실물 (Physical)을 요구(Claim)하지 않고 2차 판매한다.
### 1. 실물 Claim
소유자가 실물을 요구할 시 요청한 배송 주소 및 연락처로 실물이 배송됩니다. 그리고 이를 판매하기로 결정하기 전까지 자유롭게 소장 및 감상이 가능합니다. 단, 양도된 실물의 2차 거래시, 해당 소유자에게 NFT와 실물을 함께 양도해야할 의무가 발생합니다. 이때 COLLEXX가 자체 개발한 Escrow 스마트 컨트랙트를 통해 P2P 거래가 진행되어 안전한 거래가 가능합니다.
2차 거래 시, 전달될 실물이 진품이며 양호한 상태여야 하는 것은 판매자가 약속해야 할 의무입니다. 이는 비단 NFT뿐만 아니라, 일반 중고거래 시에도 해당되는 일반적인 상식입니다.
### 2. **실물 Claim 요구 없이 2차 판매**
이와 반대로, NFT 구입후 실물을 요구하지 않을 시 아무 일도 일어나지 않습니다. 그러나 소유자는 언제든 실물을 COLLEXX에게 요청할 수 있습니다. 만약 요구하지 않고 NFT를 판매했을 시, 그 요구(Claim)권한은 NFT가 양도된 다음 사람에게 넘어갑니다.

소유자가 실물을 Claim 했냐 안 했냐에 따라 마켓 플레이스에 등록된 아이템의 상태는 다르게 표시됩니다.
#### Unclaimed
소유자가 NFT만을 가지고 있고, 실물을 요구하지 않은 상태입니다. 실물을 주고 받을 일 없이 일반 디지털 아트 NFT와 같이 손쉽게 거래할 수 있기 때문에, 거래가 더 용이합니다.
#### Claimed
실물 수집품(Memorabilia)이 NFT와 함께 이미 누군가에게 판매된 상태이며, 상품 상태에 따라 누구나 bid, offer, buy now를 할 수 있습니다. Claimed 된 NFT는 COLLEXX가 자체 개발한 에스크로 스마트 컨트랙트를 통해 P2P 거래가 이루어집니다.

2022년 하반기 계획중
### **NFT, 현실에서 소유하다**
디지털 아트는 오픈씨와 마찬가지로 누구나 NFT로 발행이 가능하며 로열티를 설정할 수 있습니다.
작가는 작품의 NFT 민팅시, open edition 등의 형태로 실물디스플레이 혹은 굿즈와 연계하여 판매하도록 설정할 수 있습니다. 그렇게 되면 디지털 아트 NFT 소유자는 월렛 인증을 통하여 자신이 소유한 디지털 아트를 실물디스플레이에 담아 소유할 수 있는 권한이 생기며, 유통 가능한 수량은 작가가 설정할 수 있습니다. COLLEXX의 제조력을 통해 NFT작품의 실물 굿즈화 서비스가 가능하며, 실물굿즈의 판매 수익은 COLLEXX와 작가가 분배하여 가지게 됩니다.
판매되는 실물 작품 타입은 총 2가지이며, 이 중 하나를 선택할 수 있습니다.
1. 디아섹 액자 : 전통적이지만 가장 모던하고 실제 작품처럼 보여줄 수 있는 방법입니다.
2. 디지털 디스플레이 : 움직임이 있는 모션 작품에 가장 적합한 방법입니다.
 
월렛 인증을 통해 실물 작품을 구매하는 기능은 Phygital 마켓플레이스 공개 후 추가 개발을 통해 구현될 계획입니다.
# 실물 검증 스마트 컨트렉트
## P2P 에스크로 스마트 컨트렉트
실물과 NFT를 소유하고 있는 owner(판매자)와 실물과 NFT 구매를 희망하는 buyer(구매자)는 COLLEXX의 에스크로 P2P 거래 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
1. 판매자와 구매자 간 거래 의사를 상호 확정합니다.
2. 판매자의 NFT와 구매자의 가상화폐가 가상계좌에 예치됩니다.
3. 판매자는 실물 수집품을 구매자에게 전달합니다. (배송 / 직거래 등)
4. 실물을 수령한 구매자가 수령을 확인하면 가상계좌에 예치되어 있던 NFT와 가상화폐가 각각 구매자 판매자에게 전달됩니다.
불가피한 사유로 거래가 중도 취소되면 가상 계좌에 묶인 예치 NFT와 가상화폐는 기존 소유주에게 돌아갑니다.
실물 배송 시 DHL을 통해 배송될 수 있도록 구현할 계획입니다.
판매자와 구매자는 COLLEXX 마켓플레이스 상에 있는 채팅/메시지 기능을 통해 수집품 상태 확인 및 직거래를 원할시 거래 장소 등 협의를 할 수 있습니다. (추가 개발 예정)
## 실물과 NFT의 연결
COLLEXX에서 발행한 실물 수집품과 NFT는 서로를 보증합니다. NFT를 통해 진품임을 인증하고, 과거의 거래 기록을 투명하게 확인할 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 N차 거래가 더욱 활성화될 것입니다.
단, 지갑의 해킹 등으로 NFT를 분실했거나, 악의적으로 실물의 내용물을 위변조할 경우, 발행된 NFT인증서를 제하고 제3자의 시장에서 독자적으로 실물을 판매했을 경우, COLLEXX에서 정상적인 P2P 거래를 제공해드릴 수 없습니다. NFT의 도입으로 거래 과정이 투명해졌지만, 그럼에도 사사용자를 기만하는 행위, 사기 위변조 등 불법적이고 악의적인 방법으로 시스템을 악용하는 이용자는 서비스의 제재 대상이 될 수 있습니다.
## COLLEXX 검증 서비스 (Upcoming)
실물과 NFT를 소유하고 있는 owner(판매자)와 실물과 NFT의 구매를 희망하는 buyer(구매자)는 좀 더 확실하고 안전한 거래를 보장 받기 위해 COLLEXX의 검증서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
1. 판매자와 구매자 간 COLLEXX 검증 서비스를 통해 거래하겠다는 의사가 상호 확정됩니다.
2. 판매자의 NFT와 구매자의 가상화폐가 가상계좌에 예치됩니다.
3. 판매자는 실물 수집품을 COLLEXX에게 전달합니다.
4. COLLEXX는 실물 수집품의 진품 여부와 상태를 검증합니다.
5. 검증이 성공적으로 완료되면 COLLEXX가 이를 구매자에게 전달합니다. (배송)
6. 구매자가 실물 수령을 확인하면, 가상 계좌에 예치되어 있던 NFT와 가상화폐가 각각 구매자, 판매자에게 전달됩니다.
불가피한 사유로 거래가 중도 취소되면 가상 계좌에 묶인 예치 NFT와 가상화폐는 기존 소유주에게 돌아갑니다.

# 세계관 COLLEXX UNIVERSE
## 지구는 멸망했고 인간은 메타버스에 들어갔다.
지금으로부터 그리 멀지 않은 미래, 이 세상은 더 이상 살 수 없는 곳이 되었다.
지구는 오염됐고 파괴되어 그 수명을 다해가고 있었다. 찬란했던 인류 문명에도 끝이 보였다.
회한에 빠진 남은 인류는 전래 없는 지구 재생 프로젝트 ‘가이아’를 가동한다.
파탄 난 지구 생태계를 복구하기 위해서는 앞으로 1천년이라는 시간이 소요된다.
### 살아남은 인류에게남은 선택은 3가지 뿐이다 .
1\. 화성 이주
2\. 메타버스 ‘테이아’로 마인드 업로드
3\. 죽음
그리고, 0.001% 미만의 극소수 수퍼리치들이 선택했다고 비밀리에 전해지고 있는 ‘대탈출’
잔인하게도 처음 계획과는 다르게 이 선택의 우선순위는 개인이 가진 부에 비례하여 선택되었다.
화성으로의 이주는 인류의 명맥을 이어 나간다는 숭고한 기치하에, UN의회가 제시한 엄격한 검증 과정을 통과한 총 170만명의 인원들을 선정하기로 결정되었다. 이 정원수는 이미 50여년 전부터 화성에 이주해 있는 약 3000만명의 화성국 선주민들과의 끈질긴 협상 끝에 확정된 숫자다.
메타버스로 이주를 선택한 대부분의 사람들은 육체를 포기하고 자의식을 ‘Seed’에 담아 마인드 업로드한다. 1천년간 육체를 보관하는 기술에는 엄청난 에너지가 소요된다. 소수의 고액자산가들은 1천년간 육체를 보존하는데 소요되는 에너지 비용을 ‘fuel’로 부담하여 육체와 정신을 함께 마인드 업로드한다. 1천년후엔 다시 행복했던 과거로 돌아갈 수 있다는 허망한 기대와 함께…
# 1. 대멸종 - 2nd 오르도비스기
첫 시작은 기후변화였다. 그것이 이 모든 것의 시발점이자 촉매제였다. 기후변화로 수많은 국가의 영토가 전부 혹은 일부 소실되었다. 대부분의 개발도상국은 물론 많은 선진국까지 국가의 기능을 상실했으며 이로 인한 국가적 난민의 수는 42억명에 달했다. 난민 문제로 인해 각국가의 경계에서 무혈분쟁이 끊이지 않았다. 제대로 보도되지 않았지만 대규모 학살이 벌어지고 있다는 끔찍한 소문도 돌았다.
인류 문명은 말그대로 하루 아침에 재로 돌아갔다. 원인이 무엇이었는지, 누가 시작했는지에 대한 기록과 의견은 아직까지 분분하다. 하지만 확실한 건 여느 때와 다름없는 어느날, 수십 여개의 핵폭탄이 하늘에서 번쩍였고 그것으로 지구의 생명이 다했다는 사실이다.
# 2. 살아남은 인류, 새로운 생존 방식
그럼에도 인류는 살아남았다. 대자연 앞에 그 어떤 영장류 보다 육체적으로 나약했지만, 수천년 간 문명의 지배자로 군림해온 인류의 지혜는 그들의 마지막 희망까지 앗아가게 놔두지 않았다.
하지만 재난은 이제 막 시작되었을 뿐이다. 먼지가 태양을 가렸다. 세상은 깜깜한 칠흑 같은 어둠에 휩싸였다. 지표면의 온도가 7도 이상 떨어져 온세상이 딱딱한 얼음으로 뒤덮여버렸다.
대기 중 산화질소 농도의 급격한 상승으로 인한 오존층 붕괴와, 이로 인해 태양으로부터 가감 없이 쏟아지는 대량의 자외선(Ultra violet)은 지구상 생존 가능한 모든 생명체의 종말을 의미했다. 식물들이 변이되고, 해양 플랑크톤의 멸종으로 어류가 폐사했다. 쏟아지는 산성비로 작물을 재배할 수 없어 식량난이 도래했다. 과학자들은 최후의 종말의 날까지 2년을 예견했다. 인류는 새로운 생존 방식을 선택해야 했다.
세계 최대의 메타버스 엔진과 클라우드 서버를 구동하고 있는 다국적 기업 ‘써리얼’은 절망에 빠진 전인류에게 한가지 프로젝트를 제안한다. 바로 “The Project Gaia”, 소위 Earth Cloning이라고 불리는 이 터무니없는 계획은, 건강했던 이전 지구의 모습을 메타버스에 복사 재현하여 살아남은 인류의 마인드를 업로드하는 것이다.
계획에 비판적이었던 수많은 회의론자들은 이를 현실 도피라고 조소를 토해냈다. 하지만 과학자들이 예견한 생태계 파괴가 2년 후 현실로 다가왔고, 전세계가 방사능 모래폭풍에 휩싸여 사막화와 빙하기가 동시에 도래하자, 이를 비웃었던 이들이 그 누구보다도 빨리 앞장서 메타버스로 들어가기 위해 줄을 서는 웃을 수 없는 상황이 벌어졌다.
# 3. SEED 마인드 업로드
생명공학 기술의 결정체라고 불리는 ‘Seed’에 우리의 모든 것이 담겨 메타버스 세계에 마인드 업로드 된다. 즉 ‘Seed’는 마치 메타버스의 두뇌와 같은 것이다. 정확히 천년 후 지구가 다시 정화되어 우리가 서식할 수 있는 환경이 되었을 때, 인간의 모든 생물유전학적 정보를 담고 있는 Seed를 통해 우리 몸을 현실세계로 다시 복제해낸다. 그것이 세계 시가총액 2위를 자랑하는 써리얼의 무모하지만 담대한 계획이다.
Seed화 할 수 있는 것은 생물유전학적 정보만이 아니다. 우리가 인식하는 유무형 그 모든 것을 정보화하여 물질의 형태로 Seed에 담을 수 있다. 이 물질은 디옥시리보 핵산과 신물질을 합성하여 고도의 에너지를 가한 후 추출해낸 신바이오 물질 ‘알레아(Alea)’의 일종이다. 알레아로 만들어진 Seed가 담을 수 있는 것은 생화학적 정보와 더불어 전자적 데이터까지 그 형태를 불문한다. SEED는 마치 우리의 DNA와 같이 고유하며 유일무이하다.
인류 유무형의 역사, 찬란했던 문화유산 또한 정보물질화 되어 Seed에 담겨진후 메타버스 세상에 업로드 되었다. 언젠가는 다시 찬란한 인류 문명을 부활시킬 수 있다는 꿈과 함께 사람들은 이것을 Heritage Seed라고 불렀다.
# 4. 에너지
거대한 클라우드에 대량의 메모리를 저장하고 동시에 현실과 비슷한 수준의 메타버스를 구현하기 위해선 어마어마한 연산력이 필요하다. 이는 곧 엄청난 에너지를 의미한다. 메타버스로의 일시적 도피 프로젝트가 성공하기 위해선 전력의 안정적 공급은 물론이거니와, 혹여나 있을 미연의 사고에 대한 방지책으로 다양한 에너지 공급 채널이 핵심적이다.
전세계 곳곳의 심해와 평균 마이너스 7천층에 달하는 육지의 지하 속에 수백기가 넘는 메타 클라우드 서버가 설치되었고 남은 10억여명의 인구의 마인드가 Seed에 담겨 업로드 되었다. 지각의 5,000\~20,000M가 넘는 깊이에 수백개의 초대형 벙커들이 만들어졌다. 이 엔진을 가동하기 위한 기본 에너지는 지열에서 충당했으나, 이로는 충분치 않았다.
두번째 에너지 공급원은 지구 궤도를 돌고 있는 다이슨 거울(Dyson mirror)이다. 다이슨 거울은 탁해진 지구 대기를 벗어나 우주 공간에서 순수한 태양에너지를 받아 최대 일주일간 저장한다. 그 후 혼탁한 대기가 맑아졌을 때를 틈타 지상에 설치된 에너지환원소의 대형 리시버에 레이저빔을 쏘아 저장된 다량의 에너지를 전달한다. 하지만 불규칙하게 순환하는 대기로 인해, 다이슨 거울 에너지원은 안정적인 공급채널이 될 수 없다는 치명적인 단점이 있다.
세번째 에너지원은 미니 입자충돌기에서 만들어진 퓰’Fuel’이다. ‘Fuel’은 인류 과학으로 영원히 정복할 수 없다고 알려진 반물질 중 반수소로, 2nd 오르도비스기 대멸종 전 인류 문명 최고의 부산물이며, 그 어떤 에너지보다 효율적인 최첨단 기술이다. 과학자들은 아주 극미량의 반입자 물질을 감속포획 저장하는 기술을 발명해냈고, 이는 과거 사용하던 비효율적인 배터리 저장 방식에 머물러 있던 인류를 자유롭게 했다. 퓰의 저장장치인 캡슐은 대부분의 충격을 견디며, 휴대가 간편하다. 단 감당할 수 없는 충격을 받아 캡슐이 깨지면, 지름 약 수백 미터의 공간에 있는 모든 물질은 가루가 되어버릴 규모의 폭발이 일어난다. 퓰은 곧 돈이다. 퓰을 많이 보유하고 있는 개인일수록 메타버스 속에서 구현할 수 있는 세계는 더욱 다채로워진다. 이말인즉슨, 메타버스에도 빈부격차가 존재한다는 것이다.
# 5. 화성 이주
대멸종이 벌어지기 전, 인류는 지난 100년간 화성에 총 48개의 기지를 짓는데 성공했다. 처음 화성에 인류가 발을 디딘 2026년부터 100여년간 테라포밍을 거듭해왔다. 화성 북극에 총 8개의 핵폭탄을 터트렸고, 부족하지만 괄목할 성과가 있었다. 화성에 대기가 조금씩 생기고 있었으며, 이산화탄소로 가득했던 독한 대기질의 산소의 농도 역시 17%까지 올라왔다. 영하 120도, 영상 68도에 달했던 악독한 기후도 영하 80도, 영상 50도로 장비의 도움이 있다면 비교적 버틸 수 있는 환경이 되었다. 인공자기장도 형성되어 우주 방사능을 막았다.
달은 화성에 비해 물을 생성하기 어려운 환경인 관계로, 행성간 정거장으로 주로 사용되고 있다. 약 170만평 규모의 스테이션이 달의 앞면에 설치되었다.
화성국이 인도주의 명분 하에 지구인 170만명을 받아 주기로 결정한 후, 지구에선 인류를 대표할 자격을 가진 사람들이 엄선되어 선발되었다. 하지만 2,000명을 태운 1기 화성 스타쉽이 출발하고 얼마 지나지 않아 미주대륙 5개의 발사 dock 중 3개가 의문의 폭발로 인해 파괴되면서, 남은 180기의 자리를 차지하기 위한 무자비한 쟁탈전이 벌어졌다. 이 때문에 180기 중 150기 이상이 테러와 공격으로 인해 폭발하고 말았다. 결국 170만명이 아닌 약 15만명 남짓한 인원들만이 스타쉽에 타게 되었고, 아직까지도 정확히 어떤 신분의 인간들이 화성으로 넘어가게 된 것인지 알 수 없다.
화성 정착에 성공한 인류는 깊은 고민에 빠진다. 인류가 이룩한 찬란한 문명은 결국 인류 스스로에 의해 파괴되었다. 때마침, 화성에서는 척박한 환경에서 살아남기 위해 부분 사이보그화를 통한 신체개조가 필수적이었다. 이 인체개조 프로젝트의 선두에 있었던 화성국 2기 이주인 안드레 볼카노프스키 박사는 인체개조 중 인간의 과도한 경쟁심을 부추기는 인자를 제거하는 프로그램을 심어 넣는다. 인류가 저지른 실수를 두 번 다시 반복하지 않겠다는 이 아이디어가 아이러니하게도 인간의 인간성을 결여시켜버리는 결과를 초래했다는 사실은 이미 화성국의 모든 인원이 사이보그화 된 후 많은 시간이 지나고야 깨닫게 되었다.
# 6. 죽음 그리고 신인류
대멸종으로부터 살아남은 인류 중 일부는 화성으로의 이주도, 메타버스로의 업로드도 선택하지 않았다. 아무것도 선택하지 않음은 곧 죽음을 의미한다. 강제적 죽음을 선택 당한 이들은 대부분 극빈곤층의 사람들이었으나, 부유층에 속함에도 자발적인 죽음을 선택하는 무리도 상당수 존재했다. 삶에 미련이 없는 자들, 종교적인 믿음 등이 그 이유였다. 개중에는 본인은 결코 죽지 않을 것이라 장담했지만 피할 수 없는 죽음을 맞이한 사람들도 존재한다. 웃지못할 일이다.
메타버스 테이아에 살고 있는 ‘지구’는 Seed 도난 사건을 수사하기 위한 선발대로 뽑힌다. 현실로 로그아웃 했을 때, 전부 죽어버렸다고 생각한 잔류한 인류들 중 정말로 죽지 않고 살아난 신인류를 마주하게 된다. 이들은 새로운 환경에 적응된 돌연변이들이다. 이들이 어떻게 생존했는지는 아직도 베일에 쌓여있다.

메타버스를 어떠한 세상으로 구현하느냐에 대한 수많은 논의가 있었다. 하지만, 제한된 에너지로 구현할 수 있는 세상의 모습에 한계가 있어야 했다는 점, 메타버스 세상속에도 법과 질서가 필요했다는 점, 그리고 혼란기를 최소화하고 적응을 최우선으로 두었다는 점을 고려하여 기존 지구의 모습을 90% 가깝게 복사 재현하기로 결정한다. 써리얼의 임원들과 각국가의 수장들은 이 메타버스를 ‘테이아’로 명명하였다. 그리고 테이아 헌법 전문과 함께 제1장 총강을 공표한다.

## Why clothes?
The reason why we picked "clothes" as the first item of our initial release is because of its universal standard. Items such as signed jerseys and clothing worn by celebrities are big categories within collectible memorabilia. It is an area where COLLEXX can collaborate with celebrities.

## Why do people collect rare memorabilia?
It is because of the scarcity. Owning a rare item not only makes one feel special, but can also be a great investment opportunity.
When a renowned artist passes away, the value of their work appreciates as the supply immediately becomes limited. It is the very basic fundamentals of supply and demand in economics. Rare memorabilia shares this trait with art.
### Why a module frame?
After Maradona's passing, lots of Maradona signed memorabilia was listed on sites like Ebay. Not only were many unable to prove authenticity, but only those in good condition were being highly valued. This is the reason collectors spend large sums of money to ensure the protection and conservation of these goods. In the Renaissance period, people had trouble valuing the countless pieces of art being flooded onto the market, and came up with a rule of thumb:
"To value an artwork, first look at the frame it's in."
### Problems with authenticity and storage
It is at the utmost importance to not only store the memorabilia safely but to ensure its authenticity. However this is not that simple.
* It may be safe to purchase memorabilia from certified companies, but buying from 2nd parties comes with a risk. There is no middleman authorizing the sales process, where buyers merely must put faith in the seller.
* Striking luck and purchasing an authentic memorabilia is not the end of the story. One must then find a suitable frame/display case, in which the process may damage the memorabilia, which happens more often than not. This is another issue that the buyer must consider.
 
### COLLEXX's solution
1. COLLEXX has secured the exclusive rights to the distribution of worldwide sports star memorabilia through an official agency in Europe. There are no third parties involved in the handling of the memorabilia, eliminating risk and allowing us to conduct a transparent transaction process through NFTs.
2. COLLEXX will use our very own Phygital module frame, ensuring the safety and the satisfaction of a unique frame, only made possible by our years of experience and innovation in building frames.
 
## A verified track record
Our production factory is located in Paju, Gyeonggi-Do with a size of 2,000 square meters. We currently handle roughly 8,000 orders a month.
In contrast to other short-sighted NFT projects, COLLEXX has been preparing the project for over a year in both hardware and software: NFiT, Escrow smart contract, marketplace development, and so on.

Our platform will not only allow for a seamless experience purchasing and selling goods, but also be a platform for people collecting as a hobby or making investments.
## Unclaimed vs Claimed
COLLEXX's Memorabilia NFT has a single 'utility' of claiming the physical good. The same option is given to the next buyer, given the event of a resale.
1. Claim the physical good

### 1. Claiming
If you wish to claim the physical good then you will be required to enter your address and contact details. Until you decide to sell your good, it is yours to enjoy. However, if you decide to sell the memorabilia NFT, you must also send the physical good. This is where COLLEXX's Escrow smart contract will be used to ensure safe P2P transactions. As is the case for any resale transaction, it is the seller's responsibility to send the authentic product in an acceptable condition.
### 2. **Reselling without Claiming**
In contrast, if you purchase an NFT and choose not to claim the good, you will not receive anything. You will always be able to claim the physical good from COLLEXX. If you do not claim the good and resell the NFT, the new buyer will have the rights to claim the physical good.
## Status : Unclaimed vs Claimed
Listings will be clearly labelled based on their claimed status.
#### Unclaimed
The owner simply holds the NFT without the physical good. As you would only transfer NFT's in the event of a sale, this is the easier option for quick transactions.
#### Claimed
The physical good has been claimed by the owner of the NFT. Anyone can bid, offer, or buy based on the conditions of the product. The claimed NFT's will be transacted on the Escrow smart contract developed by COLLEXX.

Just like Opensea, anyone can create Phygital NFTs and receive royalties.
When an artist mints their artwork, we will aid them with open editions of physical goods/ displays that will be available for sale. Simply by connecting your wallet, you will be able to display your collection of NFTs in digital displays. The number of available artworks in circulation will however be decided by the artist. Through our production capabilities, we will bring NFT's to life through physical goods and other merchandise, which will see sales split between the artist and COLLEXX.
There are two ways of selling physical goods
1. Diasec frame: despite it being a still image, it is the most modern and high quality method of displaying artwork
2. Digital display: Best suited to display NFT's with motion
 
We will shortly add the function that allows you to connect your wallet to our Phygital marketplace.
# Smart Contract
How we verify
## P2P **Escrow smart contract**
For the resale of memorabilia that has been **claimed**, COLLEXX has developed a smart contract that ensures secure transactions.
1. The details of the transaction are agreed by both parties.
2. The seller's NFT and the buyer's coins are transferred to a temporary smart contract wallet.
3. The seller sends the physical good to the buyer (delivery/ in person transfer, etc)
4. When the buyer receives the physical good and approves it, the assets will be allocated according to the smart contract (coins will be sent to the seller, NFT will be sent to buyer)
In the event of a cancelled transaction by unforeseen events, the assets stored in the digital wallet will be sent back to the buyer and seller respectively.
We are planning a DHL service for delivery of physical goods.
Buyers and sellers will be able to communicate through COLLEXX's marketplace through the messaging function to validate the condition/ negotiate/ make an offer (coming soon).
## The connection of NFTs and physical goods
COLLEXX's memorabilia and NFTs guarantee the authenticity of one another. NFTs allow the entire transaction history to be seen transparently. This will help and accelerate P2P trades.
However, in the event of problems (an NFT being lost by a hack, damage to the physical good, the physical good being sold on a third party platform) COLLEXX will not be able to assist P2P transactions. Those that disobey the rules will also be exempt from COLLEXX's service.
## COLLEXX Verification Service (in development)
COLLEXX's verification service will be available for those that wish to add a layer of safety for the transaction of a claimed good.
1. Confirmation of a buyer and seller wishing to use the COLLEXX verification service for a transaction.
2. The seller's NFT and the buyer's coins are transferred to temporary smart contract wallet.
3. The seller sends the good to COLLEXX.
4. COLLEXX inspects the authenticity and condition of the good.
5. If the inspection is successful, the physical good is sent to the buyer
6. Once the buyer receivers the good, the assets will be allocated according to the smart contract (coins will be sent to the seller, NFT will be sent to buyer)
In the event of a cancelled transaction by unforeseen events, the assets stored in the digital wallet will be sent back to the buyer and seller respectively.

## NFT Exhibition - Offline Gallery
COLLEXX opened its NFT gallery in January 2022 in Gangnam. We are connecting the bridge between the NFT scene and the offline world.

# STORY
## The world has perished and humankind has entered the metaverse.
In the near future not too far away, the earth has become uninhabitable.
Waste and pollution threaten the Earth's existence and the end of humankind seems inevitable.
To turn Earth back into what it used to be, what remains of the human civilization launches Project Gaia, a plan that will take 1,000 years.
### Only 3 options remain for the remaining population.
1. Immigrate to Mars
2. Upload their minds to the metaverse
3. Perish
There is also “The Great Escape” that only 0.001% of the world's wealthiest have secretly chosen. Contrary to the original plan, the order of selection will now be based on an individual’s wealth.
The immigration to Mars is a noble act to continue mankind’s existence, and the UN has created a strict verification process for selecting the new immigrants. After negotiations with the current 30 million residents of Mars who moved 50 years ago, they have agreed to accept 1,700,000 newcomers.
The majority of people choose to relocate to the metaverse forgo their physical bodies by transferring their consciousness to 'Seeds' because of the substantial energy needed to preserve the body for 1,000 years. Those with enough wealth are able to upload both their minds and bodies using a new currency termed 'Fuel', with the hope that they can re-enter the physical world in their bodies within a millennium.
Those without enough 'Fuel' to preserve their bodies will simply rely on Surreal's promise of replicating their bodies when humans re-enter to the world.
# 1. Mass extinction - 2nd Ordovician
It all began with climate change. This was not only the beginning, but the catalyst to extinction of life on earth. Many countries lost most if not all of their territories, and both developing and advanced countries alike lost their ability to function as nations, leaving behind only 4.2 billion refugees. Mass immigration led to endless disputes on the borders. Though unconfirmed, rumors of a bloody massacre were widely circulated.
Overnight, the existence of mankind fell to ashes. Although there is no clear record or explanation of what actually happened and what or who caused it, one thing is for certain: that on that day, dozens of nuclear bombs were dropped from the sky, threatening earth's ability to harbor life.
# 2. A new way of living
Nevertheless, humankind persevered. In mother nature, humans are vulnerable compared to other primates. Despite this, the wisdom that humankind accumulated by thriving for thousands of years kept them from losing their hope.
However, the disaster had just begun. The sky was covered by dust. The world became dark. The earth’s surface dropped to -7 Celsius, creating a layer of thick ice.
The nitric oxide level sharply increased, leading to the destruction of earth’s ozone layer. The earth became exposed to massive amounts of the sun’s UV, leading to a mass extinction of living creatures on earth. Plants mutated and the extinction of plankton in the ocean led to the collapse of marine life. The pouring acid rain prevented the cultivation of crops, resulting in a shortage of food. Scientists predicted 2 years until the end of life on earth. The human civilization was forced to find a new way to preserve life.
“Surreal”, the multinational company that created the largest cloud server and metaverse engine, showcased a plan called "Project Gaia", an adaptation plan for when mankind became endangered. Also known as Earth Cloning, it required uploading earth in its healthy state along with the remaining humans into the metaverse.
Critics of this plan labelled this as an escape from reality. However, the forecasted collapse of the ecosystem quickly became a reality, and within 2 years, the earth was covered in a nuclear sandstorm, creating large deserts and glaciers unfit for mankind. Ironically, those that criticized the plan were the first to try and enter the metaverse.
# 3. SEED Mind Uploading
The Seed, also referred to as the epitome of biotechnology, will contain all biological information about us, will act as the brain of the metaverse when uploaded. In 1000 years, when the earth has recovered and can support life, the Seed will enable our bodies to be replicated into the real world. This is the bold plan being put forth by Surreal, the world's second largest company by market capitalization.
Microbial genetics aren’t the only things that can be transferred to Seeds. Anything in existence can be digitized into a material and morphed into a seed. First, the deoxyribonucleic acid is mixed with a new material developed by “Surreal”, and when a sufficient amount of energy is exerted onto this mixture, a new biological material called ‘Alea’ is created. Seeds made from Alea can contain anything that is in digitized form, such as biological information, relics of earth’s history, or cultural heritage. People called these ‘heritage seeds’, as they are the symbol of hope for the restoration of mankind in the near future.
# 4. Energy
Running a metaverse similar to that of earth, while storing vast amounts of memory on a giant cloud requires incomprehensible amounts of computing power and energy. In order for this project to succeed, it is critical to have a stable supply of electrical power, making it a necessity to have multiple sources of energy.
Underneath vast seabeds and frozen land lay giant bunkers containing hundreds of meta cloud servers that contained the minds of 1 billion humans. Hundreds of these bunkers were built across various parts of the earth roughly 5-20km beneath the surface. The energy required to run these bunkers were replenished by geothermal energy, but this was not enough.
The second source of energy came from the 'Dyson Mirror' that orbited earth. Located far outside of earth's cloudy atmosphere, the mirror was designed to absorb the sun’s energy with the capacity to store it for a week. When the atmosphere on earth momentarily cleared, a laser beam would send the energy to a receiver in energy storage facilities located on land. However the irregularity of energy being received meant that one more source of energy was needed.
The third energy source was ‘Fuel’, the most efficient form of energy ever developed. Created from anti-hydrogen in a mini hadron collider, scientists discovered a way to decelerate, capture, and store the smallest amounts of antiparticles, giving great liberty to humans that relied on inefficient energy sources like batteries. Fuel is stored in a capsule that allows for easy transportation and durability as it could withstand most impact. In the event of an unlikely capsule breakage, a massive explosion would occur, obliterating everything within a few hundred meters. Fuel is money in the new world. Those owning more fuel are able to materialize greater things in the metaverse, indicating that inequality still exists in the metaverse.
# 5. Immigration to mars
Prior to the mass extinction, humans had successfully built 48 stations on mars since their first arrival in 2026. Humans had been working on terraforming for 100 years. They exploded 8 nuclear bombs on the northern poles of mars in order to create an atmosphere, which rose the oxygen density to 17%. With the aid of advanced technology, humans were able to modify harsh climates and build a sustainable environment. Temperatures of -120 and 68 celcius were brought to a range of -80 and 50 degrees. An artificial magnetic field was also built to withstand the radioactivity from space.
Due to it being harder to create water than Mars, the Moon was being used as an interplanetary space station. A station sized 5.6 million square meters is currently located on the face of the moon.
The original colonists of Mars decided to accept 1.7 million people as an act of humanitarianism. Not long after the first starship carrying 12,000 humans was deployed from earth, 3 of 5 launching docks located in the American continent were destroyed from unknown explosions, leading to a conflict for those waiting to board the 180 remaining starships. 150 starships were destroyed by attacks and raids, and in the end, only 150,000 of the initial 1.7 million people were able to board the starships. The social status of these new immigrants were unclear.
The greatest achievements of humankind ended up being destroyed by humankind itself. The new immigrants of mars were aware of this fact, and knew something needed to be changed in order to successfully adjust to life Mars.
Dr. Volkanovski, an original colonist of Mars, was aware of this fact, and knew that a merge with cyborgs through a somatic alteration was necessary to survive and thrive on Mars. As head of the body remodelling project, he created a program to suppress the competitive gene found in humans, as he did not want mankind to repeat the same mistake twice. One by one, the original colonists of Mars became cyborgs, but they realized too late that the competitive aspect of human nature is actually what made them human.
# 6. Death and the new human race
Some humans chose not to immigrate to mars nor upload their consciousness to the metaverse. Selecting neither meant death. Although the majority of these humans were in poverty, there were a considerable few humans with wealth that also chose neither options. They were either religious or apathetic towards life. There were also humans that believed that nothing would happen in the end, which was unfortunately not the case.
'Jigu', a fearless girl living in the metaverse 'Theia', is selected to investigate the robbery of the Seed. When logged out of the metaverse and entered back into the real world, the citizens of 'Theia' will expect everyone to be dead, only to be confronted by a new human race. These are mutants that adapted to the new environment, and it is unknown how these beings survived.
# 7. The stolen Seed

# Metaverse “Gaia”
There was a lot of debate about how to structure the metaverse. Due to the lack of energy, the size of the metaverse would have to be limited and require law and order. In order to minimize confusion and chaos, it was created to resemble the earth with 90% accuracy. The executives of Surreal along with heads of nations agreed to call the world Gaia to represent the genesis of a new earth. They also created a new constitution for Gaia.

We humans have failed as a result of our selfishness and greed. Let us not be broken by this. We will rekindle the great wisdom of humankind. Today's failures and bitterness may serve us as a reminder for our future expeditions. Gaia is the first step the great future that awaits us.

Part 1. Gaia is a temporary place of residence while we await to return to mother earth.
Part 2. The sovereignty of Gaia lies with the counsel, and all power comes from the counsel.
Part 3. Surreal will guard the individual’s mind, assets, consciousness, and will block any attempt to disturb it.

## 人们为什么要收集稀有收藏品？
那是因为它的“稀缺性”。例如，很多人向往的音乐家限量版专辑具有稀缺性，所以拥有限量版专辑的话会感到心里上的满足感。最重要的是稀有收藏品也是很好的投资对象。

### 正品认证及保管的问题
在收藏稀有收藏品时，最重要的是确认作品的真伪并安全保管。但是，这并不简单。
* 虽然从有公信力的企业直接购买是最安全的。但是之后第二次交易时，卖家有责任向有意购买者证明作品是真品。购买者也需要相信销售者。由于没有人对伪造、欺诈负责，所以第n次交易难免会有风险和不安全感。
* 无意外完成交易后，所有的问题都解决了吗？为了展示收藏品，保管在画框或展示箱或挂在墙上时，收藏品被破损或损坏(胶带，胶水等粘合成分或冲击等)的情况实际上频繁发生。对真品造成的伤害会破坏其商品价值。因此，购买者必然会对保管收藏品感到苦恼。

Memorabillia
COLLEXX通过激活实物收藏品的交易，使实物收藏品超越兴趣领域，成为有魅力值得投资的商品，提供平台。
## 激活n次交易: Unclaimed vs Claimed
通过COLLEXX发行的实物收藏品(Memorabilia)的NFT被赋予实物要求(Claim)的一次性实用权限。因此最初购买或被抽中的所有者有以下两种选择权。
1. 索要实物
2. 不索要实物，2次出售
### 1. 实物 Claim
所有者在要求实物时，实物会通过要求的配送地址及联系方式配送。在决定出售之前，可以自由收藏和观赏。但是，转让的实物第二次交易时，有义务向该所有者转让NFT和实物。这时，通过COLLEXX自主开发的Escrow智能合约可以进行安全的P2P交易。
第二次交易时，要传达的实物是真品，状态良好是卖家应承诺的义务。这不仅是NFT，也是一般二手交易时的基本常识。
### 2. **不索要实物，2次出售**
与此相反，购买NFT后不索要实物时不会发生任何事情。但所有者可以随时向COLLEXX请求实物。如果您未提出要求而出售NFT，则该要求(Claim)权限将在NFT转让后移交其他人。

根据所有者是否要求拥有实物的不同，交易平台注册的物品状态也有所不同。

### **NFT, 现实收藏**
数字艺术品像在opensea平台一样，任何人都可以发行NFT并且可以设置专利。
作者设定作品铸造(Mint)成NFT的时候, 可以以open edition等形式，与实物展示或周边联系销售。这样一来，数字艺术品NFT的所有者可以通过电子钱包认证，将自己所拥有的数字艺术品装在实物的显示器中。可流通的数量由作家来设定。通过COLLEXX的帮助，可以提供NFT作品的实物周边化服务，实物周边的销售收益由COLLEXX和作家分配。
销售实物作品分为两种，选择其中一种即可。
1. Diasec 框架 : 传统制造方式，但显得最现代的作品展示方式。
2. 数码橱窗：这是最适合动画作品的一种方法
 
通过电子钱包认证购买实物作品的功能将在Phygital交易平台公开后追加开发来实现。
# 实物认证的智能合约
## P2P ECROW **智能合约**
实物和NFT的所有者owner(卖家)和希望购买实物和NFT的buyer(买家)可以使用COLLEXX的P2P交易服务。
1. 卖家和买家之间相互确定其交易意向
2. 卖家的NFT和买家的虚拟货币将存入虚拟账户。
3. 卖家把实物收藏品交给买家(配送/直接交易等)。
4. 收到实物的购买者确认领取后，虚拟账户里的NFT和虚拟货币将分别传递给购买者和卖家。
如果因不可避免的原因中途取消交易,绑在虚拟账户上的存款NFT和虚拟货币将返还给原来所有者。
实物配送时，COLLEXX打算通过DHL实现配送。
卖家和买家可以通过COLLEXX交易平台上的聊天/信息功能确认收藏品状态，想要直接交易时，可以进行交易场所等协商。 (预计追加开发)
## **实物与NFT的连接**
COLLEXX发行的实物收藏品和NFT互相保证。通过NFT认证真品，可以透明地确认过去的交易记录。因此，N次交易将更加活跃。
但是，由于电子钱包的黑客等原因丢失了NFT，或者恶意伪造实物内容时，除去发行的NFT认证书，在第三方市场私自销售实物时，COLLEXX无法提供正常的P2P交易。虽然NFT的引进使交易过程变得更加透明，但这不意味着所有问题的解决。恶用系统，欺骗，伪造欺诈等非法行为者都会面临服务的制裁。
## COLLEXX **验证服务** (Upcoming)
拥有实物和NFT的owner(卖家)和希望购买实物和NFT的buyer(买家)可以使用COLLEXX的验证服务，以确保更确切、更安全的交易。
1. 卖家和买家之间通过COLLEXX的验证服务相互确定进行交易的意向。
2. 卖家的NFT和买家的虚拟货币将存入虚拟账户。
3. 卖家将实物收藏品交付给COLLEXX。
4. COLLEXX验证实物收藏品的真伪及状态。
5. 验证成功完成后COLLEXX将实物交给买家(配送)。
6. 收到实物的购买者确认领取后，虚拟账户中的NFT和虚拟货币将分别传递给购买者和卖家。
由于不可避免的因素，中途取消交易时，在虚拟账户上的NFT和虚拟货币将回到原有所有者的身上。

# 世界观 COLLEXX UNIVERSE
## 地球已经灭亡，人类进入了Metaverse
离现在不远的未来，世界已变成了再也不能生存的地方，
地球被污染和破坏，正在尽其生命。灿烂的人类文明也到了尽头。
陷入悔恨的人类，启动了使地球再生的“盖亚”计划。
地球需要1000年的时间，才能恢复被破坏的地球生态系统。
### 对于现在生存下来的人类来说，剩下的选择只有三种
1.移居火星
2\. 意识上传到元宇宙
3\. 死亡
还有不到0.001%的极少数超级富豪们选择的“隐秘大逃出”。
与最初的计划不同，选择的优先顺序是残忍地按照个人财富的比例进行选择。
移居到火星是人类延续命脉的崇高任务，在联合国议会仔细严格的选拔过程中，最终决定选出17万名人员。这人员数已经是从50多年前开始与已在火星居住的火星国3000万居住民们不断商议后确定的数字。
选择迁移到元宇宙的大部分人都要放弃肉体，将自我意识装在'SEED'里面再意识上传到元宇宙。保存肉体1000年的技术需要巨大的能量。少数的高额资产家将保存肉体1000年所需要的能量费用作为'fuel'，将肉体和精神一起上传。虚无的期待着在1000年后能再次回到幸福的过去……
# 1. 大灭绝 - 2nd 奥陶纪
最初的开始是气候变化。那是这一切的出发点和催化剂。由于气候变化，许多国家的领土全部或部分被烧毁。大部分发展中国家和许多发达国家都已丧失国家功能。因此国际的难民人数高达42亿人。由于难民问题，各国的边界上无血缘关系的人络绎不绝。虽然没有正式报道，但也有传闻说正在发生大规模的屠杀。
人类文明顾名思义，在一瞬间就回归了灰烬。对于原因是什么，是谁开始的记录和意见至今还众说纷纭。但可以确定的是，有一天，数十个核炸弹在天上闪闪发光，此时刻地球的生命已结束。
# 2. 活下来的人类，新的生存方式
尽管如此，人类还是活了下来。在大自然面前，人类的肉体比任何灵长类都脆弱，但数千年来一直是文明统治者的智慧并没有夺走他们最后的希望。
但是灾难才刚刚开始。灰尘遮住了太阳。世界被一片漆黑的泥土所笼罩。地面温度下降了7度以上，整个世界都被冰覆盖着。
大气中因为氧化氮浓度的急剧上升而导致的臭氧层崩溃，以及由此而不断从太阳中涌出的大量紫外线，意味着地球上所有可以生存的生命体的终结。随着植物变异，海洋浮游植物灭绝，鱼类也已经灭绝。由于倾盆大酸雨，农作物无法栽培，粮食危机来临了。科学家们预测到最后的末日还有两年。人类不得不选择新的生存方式。
驱动世界最大的云服务器和元宇宙引擎的跨国企业“Surreal”在全世界陷入绝望时提出一个项目。就是“盖亚计划”，所谓的地球克隆，这个荒唐的计划，将健康的地球的样子及活着的人类的意识一起上传到元宇宙。
许多对此计划持批评态度的怀疑论者都表示这是在逃避现实。但是科学家们预测的两年后，生态系统破成为现实, 全世界被放射性沙暴包围, 沙漠化和冰河期同时到来, 嘲笑这一现象的人们比任何人都更快地带头进入元宇宙, 出现了排队等候的令人哭笑不得的情况。
# 3. SEED 精神上传
被称为生命公学技术结晶体的“seed”包含了我们上传到元宇宙世界的一切。就像隐喻的大脑一样。准确地说，千年后地球再次被净化，成为我们栖息的环境时，通过包含人类所有生物化学信息的seed，将我们的身体重新复制到现实世界。这是一个以世界市价总值第二而自豪的Surreal鲁莽但大胆的现实计划。
能够Seed化的不仅仅是生物遗传学上的信息。 我们认识的有形、无形的所有东西都能够信息化,以物质的形式装入Seed。 该物质是合成脱氧核糖核酸和新物质,施加高能量后提取的新生物物质"Alea"的一种。 由阿莱亚制成的Seed能够包含的是生化信息和电子数据, 不论其形态如何。 SEED就像我们的DNA一样固有，独一无二。
人类有形和无形的历史，灿烂的文化遗产，也被信息物质化并载入Seed后，被上传到元宇宙世界。伴随着有朝一日能重新复活人类文明的梦想，人们把它称为 “Heritage Seed”。
# 4. 能源
要在巨大的云上存储大量内存，同时实现与现实水平相当的元宇宙世界，就需要巨大的计算能力。这意味着巨大的能量。为了暂时逃到元宇宙世界项目的成功，不仅是电力的稳定供应，而且是对可能出现的意外事故的预防措施，因此各种能源的供应渠道是核心。
全球各地的深海和平均负七千层的陆地底下设置了超过数百台MetaCloud服务器，剩下的10亿多人口的思想被上传到 SEED。在地壳超过5000\~20000米的深度上建造了数百个超大型的掩体。启动这台发动机的基本能量来自地热，但这还是不够。
第二个能源是绕地球轨道运行的戴森镜（Dyson mirror)。戴森镜子离开浑浊的地球大气，在宇宙空间接受纯太阳能量，但最多储存一周。之后，趁着浑浊的大气变清的时候，将激光束射向地面上设置的能量还原站的大型接收器，传递储存的大量能量。但是，由于不规则的大气循环，戴森镜能源有一个致命的缺点：不能成为稳定的供应渠道。
第三种能源是由微粒对撞机制造的“Fuel”。Fuel是被认为人类科学永远无法征服的反物质中的半氢，是第二次灭绝奥陶纪前人类文明最好的副产品，是比任何能源都高效的最尖端技术。科学家们发明了一种能减速捕获储存极微量的反粒子物质的技术，这使人类得以自由地脱开过去使用的低效电池储存的方式。Fuel的储存装置胶囊能承受大部分的冲击，携带方便。但是如果受到无法承受的冲击，胶囊破碎的话，直径约数百米的空间里的所有物质都会发生变成粉末规模的爆炸。Fuel就是钱，拥有更多Fuel的个人，能够在元宇宙世界中的更加丰富多彩。也就是说，在元宇宙的世界中也存在着巨大的贫富差距。
# 5. 火星移民
在大灭绝之前，人类在过去的100年里成功在火星上建立了48个基地。从人类首次踏上火星的2026年开始，地球化已经进行了100多年。火星北极共引爆了8颗核弹。虽然不足，但取得了令人瞩目的成果。火星上正在出现的一点大气，充满二氧化碳的有毒大气中的氧气浓度也上升到了17%。零下120度，零上68度的恶劣气候，气温达到零下80度，零上50度，在特殊设备的帮助下，环境就比较可以支撑了。还形成了人工磁场，阻止了宇宙辐射。
因为月球是比火星更难生成水的环境，主要用作行星间的站点。大约170万平的站点设在月球的正面。
火星国以人道主义名义决定接受170万名地球人，人类通过严格的选拔决定了有资格代表人类的地球人。但是，载着12000名的第一期火星飞船出发后不久，美洲大陆5个发射dock中有3个被神秘的爆炸破坏，为了争夺剩下的180机位置，展开了无情的争夺战。180机中有150机因恐怖袭击和攻击而爆发。结果不是170万名而是约15万名左右的人员乘坐了飞船，到现在为止还不知道到底是什么身份的人类进入了火星。
成功定居火星的人类陷入了深深的苦恼。人类创造的灿烂文明最终被人类自己破坏了。为了生存在火星贫瘠的环境中，需要通过部分机器人化进行身体改造。在该人体改造项目中处于领先地位的火星国第二期移居者安德烈.沃尔卡诺夫斯基博士在人体改造中，植入了消除助长人类过度竞争心的因素。这个不想在重复人类的失误的观点，也讽刺地导致了缺乏人类人性的结果。这一事实已经在所有人员在赛博格化后，过了很长时间才明白。
# 6. 死亡以及新人类
从大灭绝幸存下来的人类中，有一部分没有选择移居火星，也没有选择上传到元宇宙。什么都不选择，就意味着死亡。被强制选择死亡的人大部分都是赤贫阶层的人，但即使属于富裕阶层，也有很多人因为对生活毫无留恋，也有宗教信仰等理由自发性的选择死亡。讽刺的是，这里面有的人知道自己绝对不会死，但也有的人面临着不可避免的死亡。
生活在元宇宙'Teia'的"Jigu"被选为调查seed被盗事件的先发队。在退出现实的时候，认为全部死亡的人类中，真的会遇到没有死亡的新人类。他们已经适应新环境的突变。但他们是如何生存的，我们还不清楚。

关于将元宇宙体现为什么样的世界,进行了很多讨论。但是，用有限的能量能够实现的世界面貌是有局限的观点，元宇宙世界也需要法律和秩序的观点，还要把混乱期最小化，把适应期放在首位的观点，考虑到这些最终决定将现有地球的面貌复制到90%左右。Surreal的官员和各国的首长们命名为“盖亚”计划，意为最初的地球。制定并发表了盖亚计划的宪法。

1项 盖亚是为了我们再次返回地球母亲的临时安身之处
2项 盖亚的主权在的Surreal公议会，所有权利均来自于公议会。
3项 Surreal能够保护SEED意识的生命，财产，以及防止损害精神的行为。
第二条
1项 盖亚的所有物理引擎都是以自然界的4种力量为基准，重力是根据地球现有的东西进行程序设计。
2项 当化身的生命受到威胁时，将其物理法则的强度降低到20%。
3项 无论是谁也不能在元宇宙里拥有超然的力量。
第三条
1项 禁止任何浪费过多能源的行为。
2项 严格惩罚建立超出规定范围的虚拟世界。
3项 非法进入元宇宙或者试图侵入元宇宙的行为，将为受到SEED被删除的处罚。
4项 浪费元宇宙能源者等同于从元宇宙退出。
